Alhamdulillah…, our house is sold on the first day it was on the market. I constantly praise Allah for His help. The closing date will be June 26th, InsyaAllah. Though, we will be  in Peoria till July 7 InsyaAllah. Knowing the house sold pretty quick, we just speed up all the process. Last week we went to Raleigh to find our new house. We drove 13 hours to get there. Long trip…I know….:(

We try to find a place in Cary or Apex. These towns are beautiful…Lots of trees, nice shopping and friendly community. They are just outside Raleigh. Finding homes there is so hard. The market is very competitive. We look at  lots of house…but never get lucky. Either an offer had been place or it was sold as soon as we saw it. I feel like I shouldn’t wait another minute to make an offer. If you like  a house you just make an offer right away. No waiting.Period.

I’m kinna nervous right now…coz I’m waiting if our offer is accepted. If this offer didn’t come through…I don’t know what we’re going to do. I must convince my self that it’s not the best house for us….But till then I’m just hoping that this house is ours………So, wish me luck…:)
